We want you to love Drivetrain Hub. If you're not satisfied with your purchase — whether a Premium Monthly, Premium Annual, or Premium Lifetime plan — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Lifetime ($99.99) — 14-day "No Questions Asked"

Your $99.99 Premium Lifetime purchase is covered by a dedicated 14-day "No Questions Asked" refund window. Within 14 days of your order, email us or request a refund through Paddle and we'll process it in full — no forms, no friction, no explanation required. After day 14, the standard 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email you used to purchase, and request a refund directly.
  • Or email us at drivetrainhub@gmail.com with your order details and we'll handle it for you.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are handled in line with Paddle's standard Refund Policy and applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time to stop future renewals; access remains until the end of the current paid period.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
